Duanesburg Reformed Presbyterian Church - PCA, Duanesburg, New York
                  Welcome to our
   Pulpit Search Committee Website!

Our church exists to help people come to Jesus, connect with His people, commune with His Father, conform to His likeness, and commit to serving in His kingdom. Our goal as the Pulpit Search Commitee is to follow God's leading in seeking out a man of His choosing to fill our upcoming pulpit vacancy as our current full time pastor prepares to accept a call to begin work as a church planter in Atlantic City, New Jersey beginning in January, 2009.

Duanesburg Reformed Presbyterian Church has a rich history of God's faithfulness dating back to its origin in 1793 when the Rev. James McKinney preached to the communities of Duanesburg and Princetown in the homes, barns, woods, and fields of the townspeople. Over two hundred years later, the Word continues to be heard from the pulpit of DRPC at a time of transition following the sale of our church building in the summer of 2007. This decision was made by the congregation as the needs of our church had outgrown the building and plans to build a larger facility on church-owned land are well underway. Our congregation currently meets within a banquet room at the Schoharie Holiday Inn for Sunday morning worship and in the homes or shops of our members for Bible study and prayer. Our trust is in God's faithfulness to provide the shepherd of His choosing to lead this flock into a new phase of growth as well as service to our community of Duanesburg and beyond as our outreaches have truly begun to shape us as a church without walls, seeking to be used by God to reach deeper into our immediate community as well as urban areas that are equally desperate for the Hope of the Gospel.
